Yes that is my recommendation for the future Internet. It is possible, but it requires cooperative encoding of all content on the Internet. That will take about 15 years. The APIs are too narrowly defined and none of them “continuous improvement” nor global. Human scale is what a human can do in a day or a few hours a day. But global scale goes into the details and check the whole of all knowledge and counts the costs.

 You asked. Did you then spend 10,000 hours each to verify your approach, then test for the same amount of time using computers. These kinds of systemic issues are not the toy problem that “AI companies” pretend to solve.
