My brother broke his neck at C2

My brother broke his neck at C2 and was completely paralyzed on respirator. Before him, my cousin broke his back and he could use his hands but not his legs I think is hands were not really functional. I tried to forget. Then a woman who translated a book for me, her new husband broke his neck at c4/c5 and was completely paralyzed but able to breathe on his own. I tried to find ways to help, but it was too hard and there was never enough resources and materials and knowledge to do what I think is needed. Your attitude might be what was missing. Not to give up, but use what you can. And still try to get everyone to share what they find that works.
