Just a quick sketch. I know where there are huge gaps in the world and on the Internet. Do not look for mistakes to criticize, but focus on what you can do to help. I write things and then use them to guide me what to do next.
Global translation for human languages in human networks. Global open formats for global data networks. Global open formats for global software networks.
And all can be global open resources for the human species, related DNA species, and as many kinds of life as we discover. Most anything can be recorded permanently, and once recorded now, it can be made to last for billions of years.
If anyone has data on occurrences of languages in websites, and web pages and in global open discussions, please reply. The search engines need global open search query languages, open archives, random samples of all queries, and real AIs, not just word sequence generators. And trivia.
Sounding similar is a really shallow algorithm. But we could use a global open phonetic language that can be written easily by all humans. The true aliens will either be able to look into the minds of species and understand them without words, or be so disgusted with the primitive human species, not consider humans any different than slime mold.
The global software and hardware networks are responsible for much of the chaos and inequity in the world, in all subjects, all systemic issues, all countries, all peoples, all global issues, all global opportunities.
