You are wasting a lot of time inventing theories that are well known and trying to learn quantities that are relatively easy to measure and calculate. Start by thinking what you want to do. I suggest you use magnetic levitation first. Forces on wires and magnets are fairly simple, compared to electrostatics. The problem with electrostatic is the electrons are moving Kilometers/second and you are trying to move something much slower. Electrons and ions have momentum.
Momentum = Kilograms * (Meters/Second)
Momentum = Mass * Velocity
Power = Force * Velocity
Power = Mass * Acceleration * Velocity
Power = Volts * Amperes
Power = (Volt*Seconds) * (Amperes/second)
Power = Webers * (Amperes/Second)
Power = Amperes * (Webers/Second)
Watts = Newtons*(meters/second)
Watts = Kilograms*(meters/second^2)*(meters/second)
Watts = Joules/Second
Watts = (Joules/ElectronCharge) * (Electrons/Second)
1 MagneticFluxQuantum = h/(2*e)
1 MagneticFluxQuantum = PlancksConstant/(2*ElectronCharge)
1 MagneticFluxQuantum = 2.067833848E−15 Weber
1 Weber = 4.8359785E14 MagneticFluxQuanta
1 Weber = 1 Volts*Second
1 Weber = 1 Volts/(1 Hertz)
1 Tesla = 1 Weber/Meter^2
1 Tesla = 1 Volt*Second/Meter^2
1 Tesla = 1 (Volt*Second^2)/(Meters^2 * Second)
1 Telsa = 1 (Weber*Second)/(Meters^2 * Second)
The thing that is flowing through the area per second has units of Weber Seconds or Webers/Hertz
You do not have to memorize them, if you put them into a spreadsheet, or teach your AI how to do it, or write Python or Javascript programs.
There are 1/e = 1 Ampere/(1.602176634E-19 Coulombs/electron) = 6.2415091E18 Electron/Second
If you think in terms of the flow of electrons, the density of electrons. Or the flow of magnetic flux quanta, it gets a little easier to visualize.
I started with electrodynamics about 54 years ago. Then 45 years ago switch to gravitational potential. Now I put is into “gravitational engineering”.
I am trying to sketch out how to replace the SpaceX starship booster stage with electromagnetic field methods. You need about 36 two GigaWatt generators on the ground. That might seem a lot, but you are saving about 1200 Metric tons of propellant. Do the numbers, design the circuits and simulate them. Then make things. Check your intuition with simple experiments, but most of these things are known, if you patiently find what people have done already.
You can try to find YouTube researchers working these things. Try to support the ones who do well, who calculate and measure, who are careful and share. There are many kinds of ion propulsion, there are much more powerful plasmonic devices and controls systems. Plasma physics is getting better. Just avoid talking heads and waving hands. Avoid those who do not measure, calculate, record and share openly.
Try rail guns, try eddy currents, try motors, try levitation, try electrochemistry (electrolytes are plasmas, mixtures of ions and electrons and negative ions too)

You should spend time looking at “force between plates of parallel plate capacitors”, “energy stored in parallel plate capacitors”, “Force sensing capacitor”, and “MEMS accelerometers” where they use the change in frequency of an LRC circuit for sensing. Lots of resources. Richard Collins, The Internet Foundation
