\nLOL! I read that as “learning manipulative<\/strong> policies”. Maybe I have been seeing too many groups trying to use machine intelligence and assistive intelligences (AIs) for their personal gwd (global world domination) campaigns.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If you can do that with off the shelf components and modules and algorithms, perhaps you can get your systems to learn to design systems for specific purposes, and get you out of the loop – manually teaching one robot arm to move things.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It is no harder to teach cities, or countries, or corporations or global scale efforts than to teach one machine — if you teach the machines how to learn and then teach other systems.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
